MANAGING DIRECTOR PROFILE

Mr. Anuj Kumar Kansal, with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering, brings over 18 years of experience

in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. His career began as a Structural Engineer, where he quickly advanced to roles such as Structural Design Engineer and Project Coordinator. Mr. Kansal has worked on a wide variety of projects, including multi-storied commercial and residential buildings, industrial plants, and infrastructure developments. His expertise lies in structural design, project coordination, and the full lifecycle management of projects from feasibility studies to construction supervision and quality assurance.

 

With a strong command over modern structural analysis tools and a deep understanding of design codes, Mr. Kansal has consistently delivered innovative, high-quality solutions. He has led multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and successful project execution. His leadership has been integral in managing complex projects, driving excellence in design, planning, and quality control. Passionate about engineering, he founded the company with the vision of establishing it as a trusted name in the industry, recognized for delivering reliable and cutting-edge engineering consultancy services.

1.            Mr. Girijesh Kumar – Highway Engineer

With over 36 years of experience, Mr. Girijesh Kumar is a Civil Engineering graduate specializing in highway design, construction supervision, and maintenance. He has extensive expertise in project planning, cost estimation, materials management, and quality assurance. Mr. Kumar has led numerous road and bridge projects, including his tenure as Executive Engineer in the Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh.

2.            Mr. Bhim Singh Rawat – Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Bhim Singh Rawat holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 12 years of experience in Project and Construction Management. He has worked on multi-disciplinary projects as a Senior Design Engineer, handling designs for metro stations, commercial and residential buildings, small houses, and infrastructure projects.

3.            Mr. Vishal Ram Agrahari – Surveyor

Mr. Vishal Ram Agrahari holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has 6 years of experience in topographical surveying. He is proficient in the use of modern surveying instruments such as GPS, Total Stations, and Auto Levels. His work includes fixing control stations, conducting detailed surveys, preparing strip plans, and developing Digital Terrain Models (DTM) for detailed design.

4.           Mr. Mithilesh Sharma – Material Engineer

Mr. Mithilesh Sharma, with a degree in Civil Engineering, has approximately 31 years of experience in material engineering. His expertise lies in identifying and assessing the suitability of materials for various construction components, such as embankments, sub-grades, base courses, and structures. He is proficient in sourcing and evaluating borrow pits, quarries for stone metal, and assessing material availability, haul distances, and material requirements for projects.

5.              Mr. Neeraj Kumar Mishra – Senior Bridge Engineer

Mr. Neeraj Kumar Mishra holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has over 23 years of experience in bridge engineering. He has supervised the construction of bridges, ROBs, and box culverts for various clients, including the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), DFCCIL, DMRC, and MMRDA. His expertise includes project coordination, construction supervision, and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

6.              Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta – Senior Quantity Surveyor

Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, with a degree in Civil Engineering, has 31 years of experience in quantity surveying. His skills include reviewing contract documents, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assessing scope changes, handling invoices, and managing time extensions and quantity variations. He is well-versed in measurement control systems, site inspections, and recording data for various construction layers, including earthworks, subgrade, and roadbase materials.
